I am not getting much feedback from anyone. There is a chance that a few people will call back around 19:00 or so but no guarantees. So do 7 people go and hope that three more from the group before will stay or do we cancel?

When we are in-the-zone, in-the-flow, experiencing peak-experiences in life,
we are nose-breathing. That means deeply, slowly, fully breaths fro the diaphragm
and feeling in-the-moment.
